Virtual Office FAQ
A virtual office is an inexpensive way to enhance your professional image by providing you with a prestigious office address for your business for when you work remotely or from home. Our virtual office packages provide more than just an address to list on your website. A variety of professional business support services are also available. For instance, have your mail scanned to you to minimize delays or sign up to have your business calls live answered with a custom greeting by one of our virtual receptionists or picked up by an auto receptionist to ensure you are never missing that important call. If you choose, we’ll also provide you with a local business phone number with call forwarding, voice mail to email, or one of our other enterprise add ons. If you travel to or are local NYC, we also offer options that include a monthly allotment of day office or meeting room use.
A member’s allotment of day office or meeting room time must be used each month. Unused time does not roll into the next month.
Our private office members have 24/7 access and are issued an ID / Access Card to the office center and their office suite. Virtual members can have access during business hours (M-F; 9am-6pm) and are not issued an ID / Access Card.
Our virtual office plans all include weekly mail receiving and forwarding, and we won’t charge you extra for postage or for each piece of mail. If you choose, you can pick up your mail in person during business hours. Our office space is open for mail pick up Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.
